Relax and receive the vibration of sound. Instruments include crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, drums, singing, and more.  

Research shows reduced stress, better sleep, less chronic pain and improved overall health as advantages of sound healing. In addition, there are powerful emotional and mental breakthroughs from sound healing! Sound bath will be performed by local expert Jenny Wigham.

This event is intended for teens & adults and occurs every time there's a 5th Tuesday of the month: March 31, June 30, September 29 & December 29, 2026.
