Join sound healing practitioner Jenny Wigham for a journey into sound and relaxation.

Using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, drums, rattle and tuning forks, you will experience a variety of vibrations and frequencies to help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and stimulate deep relaxation.

Be prepared to lay down, rest and enjoy. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, warm clothes or anything else to help you get nice and cozy.
