A sensory meditation experience
In this experience, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their Mindfulness practice. This leads to more presence in one's daily life that leads to more peace in one's daily life. We will use different meditation styles to tap into our own senses as well as feel the connection to the environment around us. When we slow down enough to notice the beautiful world around us, we will start to cultivate a deeper sense of our own internal world and our connection to this amazing planet that we call home.
Weather Permitting, this will be an outdoor experience, so dress accordingly.
As always we will have the opportunity to build community, journal and move our bodies a bit.
