During our time together, we’ll cover family-strengthening topics including:

Creating family unity
Building a strong couple relationship
Healthy communication
Navigating conflict
Strategies for successful co-parenting
Stress management

This class consists of seven sessions. It runs on Tuesdays. April 16, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, and 28th.
