The World's Largest Environmental Disaster will introduce you to the Culture, WWII, Communisim, Cold War and the Chernobyl Aftermath. Richard Moseley spent 35 years in fear of the Soviet Union, 35 years studying the Chernobyl disaster. Then he went to Chernobyl for a week, toured Ukraine for three weeks, one year ago and had a great change of heart. This presentation will give an introduction to Culture, WWII, Communism, Cold War and the Chernobyl Aftermath. The topic is relevant today in so many ways. It may help attendees to better understand the crisis in Ukraine today, the continuing legacy of the Chernobyl disaster, on a world basis, and also the old Soviet Union legacy which has continued to impact Russian life and responses.
