Joseph Wilson is a biology professor whose research focuses on the evolution and ecology of bees and wasps. A Utah native, Wilson has been fascinated with wildlife since childhood. His passion led him to earn degrees at Utah State University and co-author the book The Bees in Your Backyard: A Guide to North America's Bees. Known for his engaging presentations, Wilson has shared his love of bees on NPR, Canada Public Radio, and nationwide speaking events. He travels the country with his wife and three kids, collecting and photographing the beautiful and mysterious bees and wasps that live among us.
