Learn the fundamentals of the popular charcuterie trend from an experienced charcuterist. Gain skills to feel confident when designing a cheese board for a party or something more intimate.

Students will receive a personal cheese board to take home, a class menu, 6 menu items to learn flavor combinations and charcuterie board design. Meats including pork, cheeses, fruits, grains, nuts, and fresh herbs will be served.  Registration required.
