Learning Charcuterie - Just in time for Labor Day gatherings

End summer on a picnic high note!

Gain skills to feel confident when designing a cheese board for a large or small gathering. Meats, cheeses, fruits, grains, nuts, and fresh herbs will be served.

Students will receive a personal cheese board to take home, a class menu, 6 menu items to learn flavor combinations and charcuterie board design.
