In 2023 our focus is Crafts that Care: crafts we can make to pass on to others in our lives and community, use our creativity and learn techniques to make connections and lift up those in need!
In January we will learn shibori indigo tie dye techniques to make a Furoshiki cloth for wrapping gifts. This is a reusable way to show your creativity and love in gift giving.
In February we will make valentines bird feeders to pass on to those we love, or just share with the birds in our neighborhood!
For March we will make planters and plant herbs to gift or keep, to bring flavor to our lives!
For April we will make some spring planting gifts of fresh herbs to brighten our houses or gift to others to bring the spring growing season inside.
In May we will focus on Mental Health and make crafts to help build connections with others and with ourselves when we are struggling.
