Dr. Michelle Kazmer will share photos and stories from her experiences and knowledge gained over the past decade of academic research on Agatha Christie and the Golden Age of crime fiction.
Michelle Kazmer has spent almost a lifetime re-reading and enjoying all of Agatha Christie's works of mystery and suspense.
Michelle M. Kazmer, Ph.D, is a Professor in the School of Information at Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she has been on the faculty since 2002. In addition to her teaching in information policy and information literacy, and her research in health and information disparities, she enjoys a scholarly research agenda applying information science theories to mystery fiction, focused on the works of Agatha Christie. She has participated in six Agatha Christie conferences in England, spent a week in the Agatha Christie business papers archive at the University of Exeter, and met with the creators of the All About Agatha podcast and The Year of Agatha project.
