Join us to learn the fundamentals of yoga. Beginners welcome!
In this class, we will practice fundamental yoga postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. We will integrate breathing techniques and emphasize simplicity, repetition and ease of movement, and we will introduce a basic flow from pose to pose, linking the movement with the breath.
