Donate your old Halloween costume, then shop the swap for free to find a new look for this year’s spooky season.

Drop off costumes at any County Library branch in exchange for a Costume Swap token or a one-time $5 fine waiver. Use your token to find the perfect, new-to-you costume. A costume must be donated to participate. All ages.

Remaining costumes will be used at next year's swap. A fine waiver will be granted for anyone who donates, but cannot find a costume they like.
