Coordinated Entry

Helps the unhoused navigate the process of getting housing

We will have a Coordinated Entry Navigator on-site to help individuals with the process of applying for housing opportunities. Drop-ins are welcome. 

Coordinated Entry is a program that seeks to help individuals experiencing homelessness navigate the process of applying for housing opportunities. We will have a Coordinated Entry Navigator on-site to help people with the process. These are one-on-one meetings, first come, first served. Drop-ins are welcome. Other languages welcome, including Spanish.
